Occupational qualification is independent of a person’s gender, background, faith, age, skin color, or sexual orientation. With additional training places and offerings for disadvantaged persons, we go beyond standardized application procedures. Through optimized recruiting processes, for example, we strive to achieve a balanced gender ratio in keeping with the principles of fair share. These take into account the proportion of all genders in executive positions in relationship to the gender makeup of the overall workforce.
