Duisburg, April 9, 2026. The Tube in Düsseldorf is the world’s most important trade fair for the tube and tube processing industry. From April 13 to 17, 2026, thyssenkrupp will once again welcome visitors to Hall 3, Booth 3C28. The Materials Services and Steel business segments will present their products and solutions and look forward to engaging with customers and partners.

thyssenkrupp Steel presents customized hot-rolled steels for the tube industry

With its H₂-optimized steels, thyssenkrupp Steel offers high-performance materials for the transport of hydrogen and hydrogen mixtures. These steels are specifically engineered to meet key requirements such as resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, high fatigue strength, and excellent formability, enabling safe and reliable operation of hydrogen pipelines – even under demanding service conditions.

Through optimized chemical compositions and advanced manufacturing processes, these materials combine high strength, very good toughness, and excellent weldability. This provides the foundation for durable and cost-efficient pipeline systems and supports the development of a future-ready hydrogen infrastructure.

With bluemint® Steel, thyssenkrupp Steel already offers a portfolio designed to reduce CO₂ emissions across the steel value chain. The use of bluemint® Steel enables customers to achieve their climate targets – while maintaining proven material properties and consistent processing performance.

For the production of precision steel tubes, thyssenkrupp Steel offers steel grades from the tubor® range. These application-optimized manganese-boron steels are characterized by excellent forming properties, high strength, and superior process stability.

tubor® enables efficient manufacturing processes and consistently high component quality –especially in demanding applications where tight tolerances and reproducible properties are critical.

Tube is considered the world’s leading trade fair for the tube and tube processing industry and serves as a central platform for the exchange of technological developments and innovative material solutions.

thyssenkrupp Materials Services presents solutions for materials supply in times of global uncertainty and fragile supply chains

At thyssenkrupp Materials Services, the focus is on thyssenkrupp Schulte and thyssenkrupp Materials Trading, which will present their solutions for materials supply in times of global uncertainty and fragile supply chains. In addition to the materials themselves, the emphasis is on integrated services along the supply chain: From value-added processing to project and logistics services, all the way to digital solutions that create transparency and make processes more efficient.

thyssenkrupp Schulte showcases its comprehensive, multi-material pipe portfolio as well as options for customer-specific value-added processing – from welding and sawing to bending and descaling – for both project-specific needs and recurring industrial requirements. In addition, services in the areas of procurement, storage, and transport will be presented. At thyssenkrupp Materials Trading, the focus is on global procurement and supply solutions from a single source on a global scale – from materials availability to the establishment of transparent and efficient supply chains.

The issue of scalability and ramping up the supply of materials also plays a role at the thyssenkrupp Materials Services booth, for example, to enable a rapid response to short-term changes in global trade. The global network of thyssenkrupp Materials Services is of key importance here. This allows supply chains to be established wherever customers need them.

The portfolio is rounded out by sustainability-related solutions. These range from CO2-reduced products to support with regulatory requirements, such as in dealing with CBAM.
