Every year, the Top Employer Institute awards this certificate to companies that stand out for their outstanding working and development environment for their employees. The award is based on a comprehensive review of thyssenkrupp Materials Services' HR processes, policies, and practices.
Once again this year, Germany performed particularly well in the areas such as employer branding, talent acquisition, and well-being, while in the UK, work environment and employee listening ranked high. Compared to the previous year, the overall rating, known as the score, was also slightly improved.
