thyssenkrupp Materials Services further expands capacities in Eastern Europe
thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary, a company of the Materials Services business area, has further expanded its site in the Hungarian capital Budapest. Within ten months, a new warehouse and processing hall was built on an area of around 6,500 square meters. The hall was specially built for the storage and processing of plastics and is specially tempered for these thanks to state-of-the-art technology. In total, the Hungarian central warehouse offers over 80,000 square metres of storage and processing space to meet the needs of its customers.
"We have continuously expanded the site in recent years and have invested a total of over 70 million euros. We consistently continue along this path in the interests of our customers. We are increasingly noticing that the requirements of our partners are becoming more and more complex. By investing in technology and the infrastructure of our branch, we are able to meet our customers' challenges with individual services and ensure that they can concentrate fully on their core business," says Zoltan Petró, Managing Director of thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary.
