Market leader in Hungary: thyssenkrupp Ferroglobus celebrates 20 years of group membership
For almost 100 years now, thyssenkrupp Ferroglobus, a company of the Business Area Materials Ser-vices, has ranked among the leaders in the Hungarian market. For 20 years, this company with a longstanding tradition has belonged to the thyssenkrupp Group and from the very start grown into one of the most successful materials traders in Eastern Europe.
In the course of the anniversary celebrations, General Manager Zoltán Petró announced that the portfolio, shop capacity and the lineup of services would all be enlarged. "Over the past years we have continuously expanded our facilities, a policy we systematically pursue in the interest of our customers," explains Petró, who during his 40 years with the company has played a lead role in its success.
The significance of Hungary in the Eastern European business of thyssenkrupp Materials Services is emphasized by the latter's CEO Joachim Limberg. "Over the past 20 years, we have steadily grown in Eastern Europe and there's a great deal we've achieved together.
