org.manager

The org.manager is a web-based application for visualising HR data. The necessary data is mainly imported from SAP P89, but additional data sources can be integrated if required. Our tool offers you a user-friendly way to display your HR data in attractive visualisations using organisational charts, dashboards or lists, giving you a comprehensive picture of your HR landscape.

Basic version

We provide you with a preconfigured basic version of org.manager free of charge. In this version, your company and its employees are displayed in the form of an organisational chart (source: P89). You can navigate interactively through the organisational chart and customise the display format to efficiently analyse structures or export/print sections of the organisational chart. Search functions help you find employees, with whom you can easily get in touch using the corresponding functions (email, Teams chat/call).

The basic version can be customised and extended according to your own requirements with regard to:

  • Layout, integration of symbols or images

  • Information on organisational units and/or employees

  • Lists including data export to Excel

  • Edit function for documenting changes to the organisational chart

  • Authorisation concept

  • Integration of additional data sources

  • Jump to other applications
