Facts and figures

My reporting for managers (MSS users)
The MSS reporting tile offers you various options for checking employee data that only managers have access to. You can decide individually which reports are relevant to you. This efficient employee analysis allows you to effortlessly evaluate employee data in order to make better decisions and optimisations.
We offer this function on the following pages:
Checking time maintenance: Efficient time recording is crucial for smooth processes. Unfortunately, various incidents can lead to time data being incomplete or incorrect. This function allows you to check and identify such problems and presents the results in a clear overview.
Flexitime/holiday evaluation: This evaluation for Fiori allows you to conveniently summarise flexitime balances and holiday quotas. With flexible options, you can choose whether you want a Fiori output for managers or a direct evaluation in the system for all employees.
Home office evaluation: This Fiori tile offers a comprehensive solution for evaluating your employees' office and home office times to ensure that company agreements are being adhered to. This evaluation can be customised for different time periods and offers the option of displaying different phases in the form of a traffic light system based on percentage/number. This allows you to immediately see whether the times comply with the company agreements or not.
Donation of remaining cents
The tile for donating remaining cents allows you to retain the remaining cents from employees' monthly payslips. These small amounts are donated to charity for a specific purpose. This enables our employees to make a positive contribution to charitable projects with minimal amounts. Your company can independently select the organisation to be supported.
The wage type /RCT - Restcent shows the donated amount on the payslip so that the employee can also see how much they have donated.
‘Fiori on behalf’ – proxy function for assistants
You can now assign assistants in Fiori. Once approved, assistants can enter data via Fiori on behalf of other employees in your area of responsibility.
This includes:
Maintaining address data
Editing family member details
Submitting absence and attendance requests
Recording time data
The ‘Act as’ button can be used to select the role in which to act. The scope of authorisations can be customised, allowing individual ESS/MSS functions to be approved. This function must be requested individually via OTRS, as authorisation profiles and roles must be coordinated for each user or user group.
Team calendar for project teams
With the new functions in the team calendar, you can:
Create your own views
Search for and add people to the team calendar
Decide for yourself which people in the team calendar are allowed to view your absences
Coordinate across organisations and find out about attendance and absences
Enable project teams to view the absences of other team members, even across company codes, if desired and if consent is granted in accordance with data protection laws
The calendar is activated in a similar way to Outlook calendars, by sending a request to the respective person. Once approved, the person is added to the team calendar and can then be removed again. Activation serves as an extension of the regular team calendar for all companies.
These new features are designed to help you complete your daily tasks more effectively and improve collaboration within your team.
Emergency contacts
The emergency contacts function allows employees to store details of people who should be informed by the employer in urgent cases (accidents, etc.). The following details can be stored:
First name and surname
Email address
Telephone and mobile number
Additional comments
Employees can store up to three different emergency contacts. These can be evaluated by local personnel units for short-term access via reports.
Customernews
You can now display your own ‘customer news’ in Fiori. You can maintain this yourself and it will only be displayed for your company. The tile is displayed next to the Fiori manual and can be displayed either in the classic thyssenkrupp design or according to your own design.
You maintain the tile yourself in the SAP back end using a table. The table contains the following information:
Company
No.
Valid from
Valid until:
Title of the RSS feed entry (limited to 70 characters)
Description of the RSS feed entry (limited to 70 characters)
Link to the RSS feed entry (limited to 250 characters)
Creator of the RSS feed entry
If you store a link in the table, your employee can access it by clicking on the tile. This opens another window, which the employee can then use to access the desired page.
Employer certificate
The employer certificate is another feature we can offer you in Fiori. The employer certificate can be customised to your individual requirements. This includes, for example, logos, headers/footers and much more. It can be viewed under the existing ‘My Forms’ tile, the same location where you can find time sheets/DEÜV and other certificates.
There you will find an employer certificate with the current date. This tab is used in the same way as the options you are already familiar with. The certificate can also be printed or downloaded as a PDF file.
Customising ‘My Forms’: You also have the option of displaying your own employee-related certificates in the Fiori tile ‘My Forms’.
