Our product for determining FTEs (full-time equivalents) uses the email delivery service to send files to selected recipients. These files contain a summary overview of the working hours for a specific cost centre.
This solution also allows you to apply various deductions, for example for works council activities, management time or target utilisation. In addition, additional deductions in the form of time types can be taken into account to create an approximate value.
The evaluation sent can be used for various purposes, which may vary from company to company. Our product offers the flexibility to meet the individual requirements of each organisation.

According to Section 15a of the Security Clearance Act, there is an obligation to inform the personnel administration department if the master data of an employee who performs a security-sensitive activity changes. In order to comply with this legal requirement, we have developed a special evaluation that covers all the necessary points of the section.
This evaluation allows you to send the relevant data to the personnel administration department in an encrypted zip file. Two lists are sent: an individual list for each change to employee data and a complete list showing what has changed in general.
Encryption ensures that legal requirements are met and that the necessary information is transmitted promptly and securely.

This product enables comprehensive evaluation of your employees' flexitime hours. These balances can have different status indicators in connection with certain phases, which are displayed in the form of a traffic light phase (green/yellow/red).

Sending frequency: Emails can be sent daily, weekly or monthly, depending on your requirements.
Recipient group: The target group for the email can be defined flexibly. Possible recipients include employees, managers or the HR department. Differentiated distribution is also possible.
Email content: The text of the automated message can be customised. A standard template is available as a starting point and can be expanded or modified as required.
Data taken into account: It can be specified whether only missing time entries are to be taken into account or whether times that have already been booked but not yet approved are also to be included in the evaluation and notification.
