DeskBooking App

The DeskBooking app is a tool developed by us that allows you to easily manage office occupancy. With the app, you can conveniently book your workspace and see who has already registered for which office. The app was developed with Power Apps and includes a visual representation of the office floor plan with all available spaces. This allows you to maintain an overview and optimally plan your workspace.

App features:

• Space booking: Reserve your office space up to 2 months in advance

• Overview: See at a glance which colleagues are present

• Integration with Outlook: Each booking can be automatically entered into your Outlook calendar

• Deputy function: Appoint representatives who can make bookings for you

• Meeting rooms: Your meeting rooms can be booked individually

Teams integration:

As the DeskBooking app was created with Microsoft Power Apps, you have the option of storing it in a Teams channel of your choice. You can also access the app via your internet browser if you wish.
